Electrical System
The electrical system mainly includes the following parts: engine control, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic system control, torque limitation and safety monitoring, data display, etc.
Composition of electrical system: conventional electrical system and PLC control system.
Conventional electrical systems include power supply, starting control, control room air conditioning, audio, lighting, wipers, etc.
The PLC control system includes the control of main and auxiliary winches, slewing, main boom luffing and other actions, and engine status monitoring. All actions are controlled by PLC logic using CAN-bus technology.

Counterweight
The counterweight consists of the vehicle body counterweight and the turntable counterweight.
The vehicle body counterweight is 21t in total. The vehicle body counterweight can be self-assembled and disassembled by a mast crane (optional). The vehicle body counterweight is installed in front and behind the crawler frame. Its composition is as follows: vehicle body counterweight 2×10.5t.
The turntable counterweight provides three options: 75t, 65t, and 55t. In order to meet different lifting requirements, the design provides independent performance tables for each graded counterweight, which makes the customer's working conditions more practical, economical, convenient, and fast. In addition, according to the optimal number of counterweights for the working conditions, it can also save customers more transportation costs and machine purchase costs.
The turntable counterweight is installed at the rear of the turntable. The optional turntable counterweight composition is as follows:
(1) Turntable counterweight 75t: counterweight tray 1×15t, turntable counterweight block 12×5t;
(2) Turntable counterweight 65t: counterweight tray 1×15t, turntable counterweight block 10×5t;
(3) Turntable counterweight 55t: counterweight tray 1×15t, turntable counterweight block 8×5t.
